Contest Terms & Conditions
“Where’s Your Girlfriend?” Fan Date Contest & Date Night Giveaway
1. Organizer
This contest is organized and administered by CON THE ARTIST and associated promotional partners (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must comply with all entry requirements described on the contest landing page.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Entry Requirements
To enter the contest, participants must complete the actions outlined on the landing page, which may include:
• Follow CONTHEARTIST on streaming service of your choice
• Submitting their email address or other requested information through the contest form (where applicable)
Entries that do not complete the required steps may be deemed ineligible.
4. Contest Period
The contest begins on or around April 24 and runs until the end of May, unless extended or modified by the Organizer.
5. Prize(s)
Two separate promotional contests may be run:
Poster QR Code Contest
Winner receives a fully paid date night experience with a person of their choice (specific details determined by the Organizer).
Prize details, timing, and format are subject to change at the Organizer’s discretion.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
6. Winner Selection
Winner(s) will be selected at the sole discretion of the Organizer based on criteria the Organizer may choose to consider, including but not limited to participation, creativity, engagement, or other factors determined by the Organizer.
The selection process may not be random, and the Organizer reserves the right to choose any eligible participant as a winner.
The Organizer’s decision is final and binding.
7. Winner Notification
Winner(s) will be contacted via email using the information provided during entry.
If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity & Content
By entering the contest, participants grant the Organizer permission to feature their name, username, likeness, or submitted content in promotional materials related to the contest without additional compensation.
If the prize involves appearing in content (such as filming a date), the winner may be required to sign a media release.
9. Contest Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest or adjust the prize if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
10. Platform Disclaimer
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the contest, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the decisions of the Organizer.
